Job Description Summary As a Quote & Tender Specialist for Spain, you will be responsible for the tendering process, including processing sales quotes. • Review, update, prepare and manage administrative/legal documentation required to tenders in Spain.

• Acting as the point of information for the department: collect, consoate and disseminate information from/to all the team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy

• Ensure the submission of the tender on time and in the correct format in the different electronic Platforms used in Spain

• Control of the whole process related to bonds/bank guarantees when a tender is awarded (request, register, retrieval)

• Accurate input of the tender data into the Sales Force tool (SFDC)

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree from an accredited university/ College or a high school diploma / GED with some of experience in Sales.

• Spanish skills and English on Medium level required.

• Past experience in tendering in Spain. Knowledge of the Electronic tendering Platforms (Place, Vortal, Licita, Sobredigital, Sirex, Sirec or any other).

• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time, and working with a minimum of supervision

• EU work permit

Desired Characteristics:

• Strong oral and writtenmunication skills

• Ability to work independently
