The Role The Role Our AR team is responsible for maximizing cash flow. We do this through fast and efficient invoice collection by adapting and implementing specific measures for each situation. We work closely with Q2C teams, finance and sales teams. You will have to deal with different types of activities on a daily basis. Our focus is on: Customer relationship:

• ->The good understanding of the customer s organization.

• ->Identifying and handling customer issues (disputes) by reacting quickly with follow-up to resolution. Proactively establish internal relationships with the appropriate contacts with Q2C and the sales team.

Cash, collection and dispute management:

• -> Maximize collection to ensure cash flow.
• -> Be responsible for your client portfolio and contribute to the achievement of AR objectives: collection, monitoring of old debt, unallocated payments and litigation.
• -> Ensurepliance with the AR process and Business Controls rules.
• -> Teamwork (Agile methodology, knowledge sharing).

• Native/bilingual: Portuguese and Spanish
• Experience in administrative tasks
• Rigor / organization
• Ability to adapt quickly to change
• Customer relationship sense
• Goodmunication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
• Team spirit.
• Open-mindedness.
