Within PPG we have the opportunity for SAP PP-PI/PP-DS Lead Consultant based in Barcelona area, Spain.

• The position will be working as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence on S/4 Roadmap projects

• This position requires expertise in SAP modules around Production Planning

• In this role you will be required to implement business solutions based on user requirements analysis

• Propose, program or configure, document and test business solutions according to the functional and technical requirements adhering to SAP standard and our foundational S/4 template as closely as possible

• You will liaise remotely with a number of your colleagues across the globe but will be based alonge other SAP Consultants in the Technology Centre in Barcelona area.

• Due to your important role in our S/4 Roadmap projects we expect travel to be approximately 25% - 50% of your time

• Within a matrix organization you will report to the D2R Solution Architect of the S/4 project in which you participate and to Global SAP CoE D2R Stream Lead

Key Responsibilities

• You will be proactive in building excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders

• You will need to be a self-starter who can quickly develop good understanding of our S/4 template (within 1 – 3 months)

• You will be required to build knowledge of our SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) in order to facilitate ra solutioning

• You will be required to evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is adhered to as closely as possible

• You will be expected to coach, lead, and support junior members of the Demand to Replenish project team in order to allow them to contribute fully on the project

Qualifications:

• Excellent English oral and writtenmunication skills, including technical writing

• Min 7 years’ experience with strong process knowledge of SAP D2R modules PP, MM, PP-PI, PP-DS

• Played a Senior Consultant role in some S/4 implementations in D2R domain.

• Strong knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain area.

• We need you to be an outstanding self-starter with amitment to delivering high quality work in pressurized environments

• Befortable working independently in a “remote working” organization

• A 4 year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required

Your knowledge of SAP must include:

• Deep understanding of PP-PI, PP-DS modules and of end to end business processes within supply chain planning domain

• Extensive experience in the process design, configuration and trouble-shooting of SAP modules acrossplex supply chain distributionworks

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and inents would be advantageous

• MBA is preferred

APICS certification will be an advantage.
