Thanks to our growth, we are looking for an experienced and awesome Junior Comercial Assistant to join our amazing team in MÁLAGA

As Junior Comercial Assistant you will focus on giving support to your team/office on administrative matters both onmercial and business level but also from a marketing perspective.

In this role you will be a key team member, covering various tasks that will enable productivity, organization and streamlining of all admin duties in the team.

Main responsibilities

• Assist in creating and editing marketing content such as social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.

• Assist in the management of social media accounts, engaging with followers and monitoring online conversations.
• Assist the sales team in daily activities, including order processing, customer inquiries, and coordination of sales-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant data
• Help manage databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and updated contact information.

Requirements

• Previous knowledge and experience working with different social media platforms
• Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)
• Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude, resolute, creative, and highly motivated person
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as oute clients and suppliers and to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
• Able to handle a fast-paced, sometimes pressured office environment
• Organized and focused on work efficiency
• Proactive and collaborative
• Extremely proficient and savvy with IT tools, Microsoft Office pack, CRM.
