Be a part of a team where you will:

• Work closely with category management and operations teams to drive towardmon instock goals.
• Identify supplier trends and points of improvement: Fill Rates, % Shrinkage, Cost deviation, etc.
• Drive action plans to achieve operational excellence within our local teams by reducing costs, defects, and lead times.
• Adjust our replenishment model to achieve the desired weekly demand.
• Coordinate the product inventory strategies with the local team (high runners, new products, substitutions, end life…).
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
• Two years of experience in the industry and deep understanding of Supply Chain.
• Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oralmunication skills, and a practical,mon sense approach to getting things done.
• Ability to analyze and use critical thinking skills on a regular basis is key
• Proficiency in Google Applications.
• Experience in demand planning (preferable).
• An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
