The Role

As a Salesforce Implementation Specialist, you will be part of an international project related to Private Business Aviation, helping our clients bring the most impactful customer experiences to life, supporting and implementing mobile and browser-based applications built on SFDC (Salesforce) platform.

Your tasks will be:

• Advocate for our clients business requirements throughout each stage of the implementation process, delivering the best possible service and ensuring the user base remains content with the application.
• Define the project scope, risks, and time estimation
• Be responsible for the maintenance of our client orgs, keeping up to date with changing customer requirements, and managing org storage and Salesforce release updates.
• Working with flows, vaation rules, experience portals, record types, page layouts, custom objects/fields and other functionalities.
• Testing and deployment changes.
• Data management.

Your strengths

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM. 3-4 years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder certifications
• A team player that loves technology and has usability awareness
• Passionate about learning
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work under high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies: Retrospective, Groomings & Kickoff, Stand ups, Demos
• Strong oral and writtenmunication skills in English

Apart from these, it would be a plus if you know about Confluence and Jira, and have achieved Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges.
