We are looking for shop assistant for our shop in Benalmadena, Monday-Friday 9:30-14:00 and 17:00-20:00. Responding to customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone. Keeping track of inventory levels and communicating with the management team. Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales targets....
Shop Assistant We are looking for shop assistant for our shop in Benalmadena, Monday-Fay 9:30-14:00 and 17:00-20:00 What the role involves:
- Greeting customers who enter the shop
- Restocking shelves and ensuring the shop is well organised and visually appealing
- Proing product information, suggestions, and rmendations
- Responding to customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone
- Processing cash and card payments
- Participating in visual merchandising and store decoration efforts
- Keeping track of inventory levels andmunicating with the management team
- Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Upholding a clean and y shop environment
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills
- Understanding of the Expat and Spanish market
- Some so retail experience (other relevant experience will also be conered)
- A friendly and engaging personality.
- Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- A genuine interest in design, party decor, and creative aesthetics
