Our client, a leading global retail Empresa, is looking for a Lease Manager (sales market) responsible for the management of the store portfolio in the Iberian region (España and Portugal).
Obtaining the best possible deals by negotiating lease contracts with property owners.Optimizing the existing portfolio through lease actions for existing stores (renegotiations, rebuilds, extensions, and terminations).Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Business/Economics, or a similar field.At least 3 years of working experience in leasing, controlling, and/or real estate, preferably within the retail industry.Strong leasing skills and good legal understanding.Strong planning and organizational skills.Multi-tasker with strong prioritization skills.English is a MUST.Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Teams).
