We are currently facing a new stage in our company’s growth, and therefore looking for a Solar Project Manager who will be focusing on delivering solar projects to Sunhero’s customers across Spain. This role is for ambitious individuals who want to accelerate their careers, learn how to build operations at scale, and work with experienced startup executives. You will be in a unique position to collaborate closely with the Operations Team and have a real impact on the future of the company working on strategic projects to increase customer satisfaction. Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
  • Manage logistics, schedules, and general tasks of the projects.
  • Ensure all project deliverables and documents are available on our CRM and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
  • Monitor progress against the project timeline and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by consistently updating project status and validating project specifications through effective communication.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Successful delivery of our solar panel systems for our customers, managing internal and external partners.
Additionally, the person in this position will work on strategic projects to increase customer satisfaction and build scalable solutions. This role will allow you to take responsibility from day one and participate in the expansion of Sunhero to help us accelerate the transition to solar energy in Spain. What do you need to be successful in this role? You will be in a unique position as part of the PMO team at Sunhero, shaping ‌the‌ future of solar energy. To succeed in this role, you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, be analytical and strategic, have a pragmatic sense of how to get things done, and be open to iterations and change. As we continue to grow and build a solid business and outstanding culture, you need to be very hands-on and ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen and be client-oriented with excellent communication skills. This will foster collaboration within our organization and ensure that our clients needs are met with professionalism and care. Last but not least, the person holding this position must thrive in an environment where priorities can shift and challenges may arise unexpectedly. The ability to pivot, adapt, and find innovative solutions is a must. Skills and Background:
  • Proven working experience in project management, especially with technical / engineering projects
  • +3 years of work experience in an operations or technical role, preferably in a fast-moving environment
  • Previous experience in the solar industry is desirable but not a must
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to find innovative solutions to challenging problems
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to over-deliver on customers expectations
  • An unparalleled curiosity to learn and challenge the status quo
  • A native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
