POSITION HEAD CHEF VIP PROJECT PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Head Chef is responsible for ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production and the hygiene within the department is maintained at the highest level at all times. This role is very much hands-on, requiring attention to detail and a positive work attitude. Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities. Constructs menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings. Approve and polish dishes before they reach the guest. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Michelin star (1,2,3) restaurant experience.
  • Reputable fine dining restaurants (San Pellegrino top 50)
  • Advanced food hygiene certificate.
  • Intermediate MS Office.
  • Experience and success in equivalent job roles.
