KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To work as part of the administrative team, providing a friendly and welcoming service to pupils, staff, parents and visitors in a manner that truly reflects the values of our school. The post holder is expected to be able to prioritise tasks and to manage their workload with a minimum of supervision. The schools pursuit of excellence begins at our front gates and this role should actively seek to ensure an outstanding public perception of our operations and provision.- Medical Campaigns and correspondence with parents- Care and supervision of students in need of medical care- Control and supply of medicines to all persons at the school.- Accident control and Insurance claims. (Mutua)- To register and maintain records of allergies and special nutritional requirements of all staff and students and liaising with the catering company.- Support Uniform Shop and Health and Safety tasks- General Administrative Support- Organizing annual medical check ups for all staff- Informing all staff of students with special medical needs
