MISSION

Ø The main objective of the Cost Monitoring unit is to support the Infinity EMEA Managers understanding their costs and assisting them in the definition of their Forecast/ Budget.

Ø The team is also the owner of the re-invoicing process, being the SPOC of the Infinity EMEA beneficiaries. Additionally, the team will be in charge of identifying and implementing some smart saving initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Costs and budget definition & control, in partnership with CO3 Care

Ø Control, Assist and Report the actual expenses figures to the Infinity EMEA Management and beneficiaries (re-invoicing)

Ø Participate to the analysis of the Oxygen Transformation initiatives

Ø Identify and Implement Smart Saving initiatives

Ø Follow up of the HC and FTE figures, actuals, budget, etc

REQUIREMENTS

Training

• Business school, University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering Degree.

EXPERIENCE

• 4-8 years of experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms.

Languages

• English:Fluent

SKILLS

Technical

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Knowledge in BI tools (Alteryx and/ or Power BI)

• Fluent in English is mandatory and French is a plus.
