Summary
Its mission will be to manage and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure maintenance programs, and thus the availability at all times of the facilities to ensure the operation of production equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Planning and follow-up of Preventive Maintenance Actions in infrastructures
- Coordination of subcontractors and external suppliers for Preventive and Corrective maintenance.
- Implementation and maintenance of operating procedures of the facilities.
- Implementation of management, check-list and control programs to ensure the correct operation of the facilities.
- Ensure compliance with current infrastructure regulations.
- Control and supervise the optimal performance of equipment and people.
- Control and supervise the order, cleanliness and optimal maintenance of machinery and facilities.
- Propose continuous improvement actions in the facilities.
- Spare parts management. Material quotations and orders.
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor in the follow-up of Corrective Maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Encourage and motivate the team or section under his command to achieve the manufacturing objectives.
- Minimum professional education
- Knowledge in air conditioning systems, compressed air, fluids, ...
- Experience at least 2 years in similar position
- Good level in office automation in Excel, Word and Autocad.
- Knowledge in configuration and management of ERP M3 will be valued.
- Good level of English.
