Job Title: Real Estate Advisory Director Location: Benelux region Company Our client, an esteemed global advisory firm, is currently recruiting for a Real Estate Advisory Director to join their dynamic team in the Benelux region. With extensive expertise in delivering exceptional client service, our client offers a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and career advancement. Responsibilities You will play a pivotal role in the teams success by providing strategic leadership and guidance. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading a team of professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and support
• Reporting directly to the leading partner
• Responsible for delivering and executing strategies
• Utilizing your deep understanding of real estate advisory, including valuation experience, to drive optimal results
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the local market, including identifying competitors and market trends
• Collaborating with the partner and other team members on business development initiatives
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery

Requirements

• Several years of experience in real estate advisory, with a focus on valuation preferred
• Possessing excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in French is advantageous (or willingness to learn)
• Recent experience in the Benelux region preferred, or wider in the EU also considered
• No business development required initially, but will become a part of the role eventually, strong business acumen required
• Prior experience within a top-tier consultancy firm is highly desirable
• Must have EU right to work and ready to start in the role by early 2024
