Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Senior Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have clinical experience in emergencies, be fluent in English, and have a deep understanding of the insurance sector and the provider network. The Medical Senior Advisor will be responsible for designing and implementing clinical processes and programs that support the delivery of high-quality medical services to our clients. They will also be required to interact with our international clients and manage sensitive and highly complex cases.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a clinical expert and consultant to the insurance company on all medical matters related to our products and services
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to evaluate medical risks and develop appropriate pricing strategies
• Work closely with the claims department to ensure that all claims are handled promptly and accurately
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and physicians, to ensure high-quality care for our clients
• Design and implement clinical programs and processes that support the delivery of high-quality medical services to our clients
• Provide medical advice and assistance to clients in emergency situations
• Interact with international clients and manage sensitive and highly complex cases, providing clear communication and regular updates to all stakeholders
• Conduct medical audits and reviews to ensure that providers are meeting our quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and developments, and integrate this knowledge into our clinical programs and processes

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution
• Board certification in emergency medicine or relevant specialty
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in emergencies or relevant specialty.
• Experience working in two or more countries.
• Experience working in the insurance sector or with provider networks
• Experience designing and implementing clinical programs and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is required; any additional languages is a plus
