✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

3+ years as a Business Analyst
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements gathering.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of digital banking trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

NICE TO HAVE

Languages: Fluent in English
Knowledge in digital banking

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Analyze Business Needs: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed business and functional requirements.
Develop Solutions: Design and propose digital banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology capabilities.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and optimization, leveraging digital technologies.
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports and documentation to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of findings and recommendations.
