We are currently recruiting for a Gardener to join our Landscape Team at THORPE PARK Resort! We are currently recruiting for a Gardener. In this role you will assist the qualified gardening team in all day-to-day aspects of landscape work, in all areas of the THORPE PARK Resort. This will include maintaining any area to the set standards of presentation and proing a safe landscaped environment for both employees and guests within your working area. You will assist with project works that have both soft and hard landscaping elements, helping to ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget. We are looking for the following skills and experience;

• Proven horticultural or grounds maintenance experience,eally of five years or more, covering the care and maintenance of the range of planting and parkland you’d expect to see at Thorpe Park Resort
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work using your own initiative, in the absence of management being available to ge or support
• Due to the nature of the job, a driving license is desirable but not essential

Desirable:

• City and Guilds level 2, RHS level 2 qualifications or equivalent level of workplace experience within Horticulture
• PA1 & 6
• Experience in either arboriculture, hard landscaping, or conservation within a parkland environment
