As a Customer Service Representative you will respond to customer inquiries, expedite critical orders, communicate dispositions, research and resolve issues, and research orders. This is a hybrid position available at our Madrid, Tres Cantos office. What you will do:
  • Provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers.
  • Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.
  • Ensure that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with consumer laws.
  • Maintain and update electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
What we are looking for:
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language will be an advantage.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Computer, email, phone, communication and problem solving skills required.
  • MO skills, mainly in Excel.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Team spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills.
