Intern Lawyer - Financial Services

The opportunity
We are looking for a student of Law/Business Administration/Law + Business Administration to study a scholarship in the Department of Risk Assessment of suppliers for the financial sector. The candidate will act as an expert in the field and will manage and review the risk assessment. This requires working closely with different stakeholders within the process, and occasionally with suppliers.
The candidate will analyse and assess risks with respect to third parties within the financial sector and provide support in the development of mitigation plans for subsequent monitoring.
Your key responsibilities
Support in the analysis and review of the Inherent Risks of the services of a financial institution.
Support in the analysis and review of evidence in the evaluation of risks with respect to third parties of an organization.
Support in the definition, preparation and updating of Risk Assessments in relation to Concentration Risk, Legal/Regulatory Risk, Occupational Risk, Conduct Risk, Reputational Risk.
Support in the analysis of processes and procedures aimed at optimizing them.
Collaboration in the writing of both technical and executive reports.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Degree in Law, Business Administration, Law + ADE or similar.
High level of English (C1).
