What You Can Expect

Tramitar los pedidos de los clientes resolviendo las incidencias diarias, con la finalidad de realizar las entregas en tiempo y forma consiguiendo así la satisfacción del cliente.

How You Create Impact

• Tramitar los pedidos de los clientes en SAP para el envío de material y su facturación si procede, resolviendo las incidencias que pudieran haber en el proceso
• Buscar, en otras delegaciones o consignas, material no disponible en stock, para poder cubrir las necesidades del cliente
• Informar a los clientes de la falta de material en caso de no poder cubrir su necesidad
• Revisar el back order (pedidos en retraso) e informar a los comerciales
• Reclamar la planificación y compras el estado del back order (pedidos en retraso)
• Informar de los back orders a los solicitantes del material y proponer alternativas
• Verificar y grabar en SAP información / movimientos de stock / listados de depósito / precios
• Atender al cliente interno y externo y proveedores para resolver incidencias.
• Verificar, informar al comercial/comisionista y cliente los requisitos de información y pautas a seguir
• Contactar con el comisionista / comercial / cliente ante discrepancias entre los pedidos del cliente y los depósitos.
• Controlar diariamente los bloqueos
• Atender telefónicamente a los clientes y red comercial
• Mantener actualizadas las fichas de clientes
• Cubrir la zona en ausencia de los compañeros

• Idiomas: inglés y portugués alto
• Informática/requisitos técnicos: Office, SAP, conocimiento de plataformas específicas de comercio electrónico
• Experiencia: 2-5 años en puesto similar
