The Insulation Coatings Application Specialist will be responsible for selling the organizations products B2B across multiple or non-specified channels within a designated territory, segment, or account. The ideal candidate should be the expert when it comes to application and equipment for Insulation coatings. Hempel enters the Insulation market with the launch of the Energy Retention solution, which intends to replace conventional insulation providing economical and sustainability benefits to customers. This is the first solution we have launched, with the expectation of launching more solutions in the future. Your main tasks will include:

• Pursue sales leads.
• Visit existing and new customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
• Provide training, both internally for commercial and Services teams and externally for contractors and applicators, on the proper application of insulation coatings.
• Support field applications to ensure smooth, efficient, and successful completion of jobs.
• Act as liaison officer to key equipment manufacturers.

Our requirements:

• Around 10 years of experience in refineries, insulation, or paint application
• Ability to travel according to business and customer priorities (up to 50% working time)
• Deep understanding of application equipment, including the ability to troubleshoot spray pumps and guns.
• Confident to engage contractors and applicators in training and application.
• FROSIO II or NACE CIP 2 or other certification would be an asset
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management
• Excellent project management and coordination
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Self-driven and proactive
